Can I Return or Exchange My Order?

  1. All our merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of your shipping date. All returns must have a RMA# before being returned to us. A very simple request you make by email at You have the opportunity to exchange or to return your merchandise and we do not charge you with restocking fee. No Restocking Fee. All freight charges will be your responsibility and 4% of transaction fee if you paid with credit card or Paypal. This transaction fee is waived if paid by Money order or check. No Restocking, No transaction fees if you want to make an exchange with a greater or same value product.
  2. Returns must be received within 14 days of issuing the RMA#
  3. We will refund you as fast as possible. We will credit your card, your Paypal account or issue a refund by check if you used that way of payment.
  4. Returned merchandise without RMA# won't be accepted and returned immediately to the sender, at his own expenses.
  5. Merchandise that are not brand new in a saleable condition with all the accessories and other materials that come with your purchase may not be returned.
  6. Clearance store products and special orders are not returnable.
  7. Products that have been sized are not returnable.
  8. Products that show any signs of wear or alteration are not returnable.
  9. All returns must be in a non-damaged packaging. Please, take great care when you open your item's package.
  10. If Products were returned under a RMA in a non-compliant way of our return policy, in "as new" condition, a penalty fee of 40% would be charged or claimed. This fee doesn't put your freight charge responsibility on hold.
